We typically book 3–7 business days out during regular season. Spring and fall are our busiest periods — book early to get your preferred date. For urgent needs, call us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate.
For exterior-only services (gutters, roof, exterior windows), you don't need to be home — just ensure we have access to the property. For interior window cleaning, someone needs to be present. We'll confirm all details when booking.
We work in light rain — it's Vancouver, after all! Heavy rain or severe weather may cause us to reschedule at no cost to you. We'll always give you as much notice as possible and prioritize getting you rebooked quickly.
We accept e-Transfer, credit card, and cash. Payment is due upon completion of the service. We'll send you an invoice via email for your records.
